The Antarctic Research and Supply Vessels the Nathaniel B. Palmer and Lawrence M. Gould are both in a Chilean drydock. The Gould will return to Palmer Station in October with the summer crew. At that time we will complete our winter duties and return home.

  1. I have finally spent some time reading each card and appreciate the pictures and words that represent the spirit of the explorers from the past and present. They are beautiful and entertaining with the crews sharing their finer moments on the continent. I hope you and your crew find a way to be ready for the daily grind and the hope for spring! We are definitely feeling the summer heat in Florida, but not as hot as the North East! Love always, andee
